New Ag-Tech Water Optimization System for Farms Launches in Southern California
Technology company promises to improve farmers’ water usage and reduce labor costs with wireless field sensors and cloud-based software.
Murrieta, CA, February 28, 2025 – AgriLynk, a new technology company founded by a farmer and an engineer, has announced open sales and installations of its field sensors and digital dashboard. The integrated system is designed to help farmers enhance water usage, reduce waste, and much more. The newly available technology is eligible for grants that seek to ensure sustainability and profitability for farmers (including CropSWAP).
Using wireless remote sensors and internet gateways from the field, data is sent in real time to a computer or mobile device. From there, farmers are able to keep their eyes on a wide range of measurements, including soil moisture levels, well water levels, irrigation pressure, temperature, and much more. The software also has the ability to schedule irrigation, including remote opening and closing of irrigation valves, for automated watering at any hour with smart failsafes.
“AgriLynk is dedicated to supporting farmers with cutting-edge technology that not only conserves water but also enhances their financial stability,” said farmer and AgriLynk co-founder Troy Conner. “By connecting your fields to your computer, we deliver the most useful information to help farmers make critical decisions based on accurate and real-time data, helping to achieve significant cost savings. And because the system is eligible for a variety of grants, it’s even easier to adopt and start using right away.”
AgriLynk invites farmers to adopt this innovative technology and join the movement towards more sustainable and profitable farming. For more information and to sign up, visit www.agrilynk.com.
